Tom and his team have been a pleasure to work with, so much so that we're having them back for another job asap! The job was big; knocking out an existing bathroom, turning a bedroom into a bathroom, and replastering/skimming the walls and ceilings of all the rooms which had a lot of water damage. Tom was completely on board with our 'vision' and was there at every step of the process. He's communicative, and it's clear he only brings in specialists that he trusts and know will do a good job. Highly recommend!

Just had a loft conversion completed by Profix. From start to finish, they were very professional and clearly knowledgeable on what they were doing. Tom and the team were very approachable, and nothing was too big for them to handle and even came out in the worst weather to help with issues this caused. We are more than happy with the rooms, and the finish is of a very high standard. We would highly recommend them to everyone thank you again Guys !

Great job by Profix turning our open plan downstairs into two full rooms. Now have a cosy lounge and a magnificent kitchen diner, supplied an fitted by RSjoineryyork. The knocking down of walls closing up of other walls, to flooring and decorating great job Profix thank you.

"Brilliant prompt response replacing my old boiler.
Following my oil boiler breakdown I contacted three boiler specialists and Tom of Profix contacted me the same day and inspected the job the following day (Saturday). He quoted a fixed very competitive price compared to the other quotes. The work was completed in record time; professionally and highly competently with great attention to detail. He removed my old oil boiler replacing it with a top of the range green star Danesmoor Worcester Bosch. Excellent work!"

Profix have completed 2 projects for us now. First a loft conversion and second our new bathroom. Very fair and transparent with pricing and all the trades lads have been absolutely great, and easy to get along with. Tom is always at the end of the phone when ever I’ve needed and is very prompt when resolving issues and getting the project completed in schedule.
We highly recommend using Profix Trades and we will use them again on other future projects.

We recently had Profix remodel our two bathrooms and our downstairs wc and the results were outstanding. The quality and design are brilliant, we especially liked the CAD design being able to visually see our bathrooms really stood out to us. We loved the result. Tom, Dave, Gareth and Richard were amazing and such grafters. I am a woman living on my own and the men never once made me feel uncomfortable and as well as being very professional, were great company too. Tom kept me informed at every step, texting me with when they were due to arrive and what they would be doing that day, especially if it meant water or electricity being turned off. They always cleaned up after themselves and even if they didn't finish until 6pm, never left until a job was done so that amenities could be safely turned back on. I would definitely use them again!
